Double Guarantee: Total Satisfaction + Best Value

We want to make sure we are providing the best stuff at the best value, and that you're really satisfied with our products.

Therefore, we provide our Double Guarantee on Best Value and Total Satisfaction:

If you find the same product with equal amount of functionality or more elsewhere at a lower price, we will do our very best to be able to beat that price for your benefit for all future payments, and you will stay on this new price until you cancel the service!

If we can't, or, if you're not completely satisified with our products or service, you're free to leave at anytime and will get your last recurring payment back from within the last 30 days if you've already made a purchase, and you may stop the service instantly!

Why it doesn't apply to domain names

In the past, if anyone registered a domain name with Sonician, we could reverse that registration and get most of our money back within 5 days, per ICANN. This was helpful in case of Fraud or mistakes in registration orders.

The ICANN policy has changed. Effective April 1st, 2009, we are no longer allowed to refund domain names.

If you have trademark issues or copyright violation, then you can request we unregister the offending domain name at any time; however, there is no refund for this.
